For Dave, work and life are deeply connected. He uses social media to show that recovery is not only possible but fun. He enjoys physical challenges like cardio, lawn work, and ice baths, believing that stepping outside comfort zones fosters growth.

Looking ahead, Dave’s goals are to continue his fulfilling journey in recovery, to raise two kind and compassionate children, and to support as many individuals as possible in finding hope and healing.
