What to Expect from an OP

Our outpatient programs are designed to focus on achieving changes in behaviors associated with substance use. Typically, after attending an intensive outpatient program (IOP), you will step down to outpatient treatment, or outpatient treatment could be your first step to getting help. This type of program is designed to help patients focus on achieving change in behaviors associated with substance use, with minimal medical services provided. Treatment consists of fewer than 9 hours of treatment each week.

You will have access to individual, group and family therapy; health and substance monitoring; and relapse prevention education.
