Who Should Attend a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)?
Wise Path Recovery Center’s partial hospitalization program is usually a great fit for those who do not need inpatient care but still need more supervision than those in an intensive outpatient program. PHP is an all-day treatment program that involves individual and group therapy sessions.
This program is for you if you:
Recently transitioned out of residential treatment or are just getting started on your recovery journey
Acquired relapse prevention skills
Have access to a solid support system
Are dedicated to your sobriety journey

What to Expect from a PHP
Our partial hospitalization program is for people who would benefit from the structure, support, and connections that make up the recovery journey. At Wise Path Recovery Centers ™‘ Partial Hospitalization Program, you can expect to spend a significant portion of your treatment time at our facility taking part in individual and group therapy, along with other activities like 12-step facilitation therapy. There, you will develop connections and new social support. We’ll connect you with organizations and groups meant to support your recovery in daily life outside of treatment. You will have access to relapse prevention education and medication management.
Our PHP program typically requires clients to dedicate 6 hours a day to evidence-based treatment per day, 5 days per week.
Transitioning out of a PHP
In addition to offering structured support groups and counseling, our partial hospitalization program also includes your assignment to a case manager who provides resources on how to maintain your sobriety after the program. Your case manager will work with you to ensure you transition to the next level of care in a smooth fashion, whether it be an intensive outpatient program or outpatient treatment.
You will also get access to peer support and career counseling.
